Carbon-Loaded Nitrogen Purifier
Carbon-loaded nitrogen purifier uses the reaction of oxygen with carbon fiber under catalysis to produce CO and CO2. Residual oxygen in nitrogen is removed in the deoxidizer, then cooled and dried to obtain high-purity nitrogen. The purified nitrogen contains no hydrogen, suitable for hydrogen-free environments.
Key Features
- Purified gas contains no hydrogen
- Simple principle, rational structure
- Low energy consumption
- Low impurity content
- Fully automatic operation
- Safe and stable

Hydrogenation Deoxidation Nitrogen Purifier
Hydrogenation nitrogen purifier uses the reaction of oxygen and hydrogen under catalyst to produce water. Hydrogen is added to ordinary nitrogen, the mixture reacts in deoxidizer to remove oxygen, then cooled and dried to obtain high-purity nitrogen. Contains excess hydrogen, suitable for reducing atmospheres.

Hydrogen Purifier
PSA hydrogen purifier uses hydrogen-containing mixed gas (ammonia decomposition gas, methanol reforming, natural gas reforming) as raw material. Through special molecular sieve and PSA principle at room temperature to obtain high-purity hydrogen. PLC controls the process to achieve hydrogen separation.
