Shipping and Delivery

Shipping terms (FOB, CIF, etc.) and delivery schedules will be specified in individual quotations and contracts. While we make every effort to meet delivery schedules, we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, transportation issues, or customs clearance delays.

Warranty

Sibikec Gas warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period specified in the product documentation or purchase agreement. The warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by improper installation or operation
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs
• Damage caused by use outside specified operating parameters
• Consumable parts and components
