VPSA Oxygen Generator
VPSA utilizes the different adsorption properties of nitrogen and oxygen on zeolite molecular sieve (ZMS) at ambient temperature. Nitrogen is adsorbed while oxygen passes through, achieving separation. When molecular sieve is saturated, pressure is reduced to regenerate the adsorbent.
Key Features
- Large-scale oxygen production
- Lower energy consumption than PSA
- Suitable for large-scale applications
- Molecular sieve can be regenerated and reused
- Stable and reliable operation
